Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping labels are not provided by default. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
M5Shark Devices – Special Return Conditions
M5Shark devices are only eligible for return in cases of confirmed technical issues or malfunctions, including:
- The device does not power on
- The device crashes or malfunctions during normal use
- The device arrives defective or physically damaged
To report a technical issue, please contact support@m5shark.com with a clear description and supporting photos or videos.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for M5Shark devices. These products are considered final sale unless proven defective or non-functional.
Orders placed due to product confusion, incorrect assumptions, or mistaken identity are not eligible for return or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, the fastest way to receive a new item is to place a separate order after the return process is completed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@m5shark.com.
