Looks great. Followed all instructions. Even with a full charge, the unit doesn’t do anything.

Bluetooth still worked. Wi-Fi was still functioning (ran tests and no change). I double checked the antennas were in correct positions as well.

We’re sorry the device isn’t working for you. We understand the frustration, especially after you followed the instructions.

First, please double-check that the side switches are turned on. Before shipping, the 10 white dip switches on the side are set to the "off" position. After turning on the main power, please switch on all 10 dip switches (the indicator lights will turn red to show they are active).

Additionally, because this handheld model is designed for civilian use (1W output per antenna), its range depends heavily on ambient signal strength. Environments are often full of overlapping signals from nearby routers and cell towers. If background signals are strong, the effective range drops to 1-2 meters. In areas with weaker background signals, it extends up to 8 meters.

Please try activating the dip switches and testing the device in a location with fewer electronic signals. If you have any further questions, feel out to us directly at support
